Comprehensive fitness mapping and well-being survey in Meghalaya, India
Assessing physical, mental, and social fitness levels while evaluating the effectiveness of local fitness infrastructure, nutrition and wellness promotion efforts
The survey captures diverse aspects of fitness and well-being through carefully crafted established scales, with a particular focus on local context, infrastructure and community involvement
